We use ABB and KUKA brands for our Robot implementations. These brands offer the possibility of supplying their calibrated robots (absolute precision) to obtain tolerances in position from approximately 0.1 to 0.3 mm, which is very important in machining.

Our supply is composed of:

 

  • A robot of dimensions and characteristics adapted to the use that is going to be given

  • An Electrospindle with HSK or ISO clamp and power suitable for the use that is going to be given

  • A tool changer with 9 or more positions for the cones

  • A laser and other contact probe to measure the tool length

  • A rotating table interpolated as the 7th axis of the dimensions that are required

  • and those additional tools that are necessary for the cell in question

We have robotic cells sold in different sectors of the market such as modellers, manufacturers of boat propellers, art, civil works, ...

With our robotic cells you can machine large volumes of material without having to purchase expensive 5-axis gantry centers, if the precision of your parts allows it.

You can also polish from CAD / CAM strategies and other uses such as 3D printer, or additive manufacturing of large volumes
