Is used to simulate CNC machining in order to detect errors, potential collisions, or areas of inefficiency. VERICUT enables NC programmers to correct errors before the program is ever loaded on the CNC machine, automations, thereby eliminating manual prove-outs.
Vericut also optimizes NC program cutting speeds for more efficient machining.
Simulate the machining process by detecting any collision with the entire model of the machine
We can simulate programs in 2 and 3 axes or in multiple axes with the Multi-Axis module
Optimize the program that we simulate adapting the advances of the tool to the geometry of the piece and the gross
Check the result of the machined part with the drawing of the finished part detecting imperfections or remnants of material that we have not taken into account
Simulate probing programs using a probe
