MES / IoT

MES and industrial IoT: your shop floor, measured in real time

We connect your machines so you know at any moment what they're producing, how much and why they stop. With real-time OEE data and realistic planning, you stop running the shop floor on intuition.

CIMCO MDC-Max: real-time machine monitoring and OEE

What we do

  • Real-time machine data capture (Machine Monitoring)
  • OEE calculation and downtime analysis
  • Production planning and scheduling (Machine Planning)
  • Database of programs and tools (CNC Data Base)
  • Dashboards and alerts for the shop floor and management

What you gain

  • Instantly know which machine is producing and which is stopped
  • Decisions based on real data, not estimates
  • More capacity without buying more machines

Frequently asked questions

What is OEE and why does it matter?

OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) measures the real efficiency of each machine by combining availability, performance and quality. It's the indicator that reveals how much hidden capacity you have without investing in new machinery.

Does it work with older machines without connectivity?

Yes. For machines with no data output we install sensors or capture systems that allow them to be monitored within the MES all the same.

Is this Industry 4.0?

It's the foundation. Connecting the machines and turning their data into decisions is the first real step of any Industry 4.0 project.
